How often do you catch yourself the moment a sensation hits your system?

In the chaos of the world around us, we tend to fall and get caught in the drift, leaving us feeling small and stuck, and wanting to go “uuuggghhhhhh”

When that happens, what do we notice in the “small” or “stuck” within us?

Is it possible to 1) become aware and 2) just observe it for what it is?
