The feeling of bliss within yourself.
Like the moment where we truly enjoyed ourselves, vacationing or taking a break. There’s a level of rest and digest, even bliss in our systems to make all of it not go away!
So what happens when we lose the bliss and silence within ourselves?
Where do we turn to when we want more of what we lost? To books? To seminars?
It’s hard “getting back” a feeling we have cultivated for a short period of time.
